Payment declined


"Transaction was declined" is one of the issues FBOs with card payments experience.


This problem most frequently occurs when your card:

  • Has an insufficient balance

  • Doesn’t accept online payment

Be sure your card accepts online purchases and has enough money on it before submitting your payment.


If this issue arises while your card is valid for online purchases and has sufficient balance,

  1. Hold on a moment, then try again later, as there might be an internet problem.

  2. Communicate with our customer support team or

  3. Communicate with your bank to see if there is any issue with your card.
